• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Agile Parts, registered in The Netherlands under registration number 53682440.

• Orders mean a request by You to subscribe to Our Service.

• Service refers to the application running on Our Website.

• Website refers to Flowlet, accessible from https://flowlet.app

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. We will refund the full amount. To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision through a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision via the contact form. We will judge your request and inform You within 7 days. If we accept the refund, We will reimburse You no later than 14 days after receiving Our approval notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refunds After Renewals

You may renew after the billing period. The regulations for new Orders apply identically to renewals. We may - but are not required to - give refunds for Orders after 30 days at Our discretion.
